Signature Book Box - Customisable

Take the ultimate collectors item to your next book event! Ask authors to sign your custom Signature Book Box while you chat with them, and store your event and author swag inside so you remember which books to go back and check out and who you met!

Size: Outer dimensions approximately 22.5cm x 21 cm x 5cm
Inner dimensions approximately 20cm x 17cm x 4cm

Material: Laser-cut and assembled from ply, & ink-stained at Fictional Alchemy HQ. 

Features: An enchanted tome design, with a custom etched spine plaque (see beach themed Love On The Beach & Falling For Fiction photos for examples) and with magnets to hold the cover closed. The front & back covers, spine, pages and the inside front cover are available to be signed by your favourite authors! 

A number of writing implements have successfully been tested for signatures, including Sharpies, BIC permanent markers, ballpoint pens & fine point pens.

Each Signature Book Box will be unique due to the random nature of wood-grain across each panel used to make them. As these are all hand-inked, please allow for differences in appearance, making each Signature Book Box unique. 

Customisation: Choose your text for the spine plaque! We will closely match fonts to event themes where possible. Please note that we cannot use event logos (& will not use exact fonts used by specific events) without direct permission from the event owners. You will receive a digital proof of the plaque for approval before it is made. The spine plaque will be a of metallic colour (gold, silver or bronze) with black etch.

Made-To-Order:  These Signature Book Boxes are a made-to-order item. Please allow up to 10 days for processing before it leaves FA HQ to ship out to you!

Care:  Your Signature Book Box is a functional piece of art, but a fragile one. Please don’t drop it. Joins can snap if dropped on a hard surface. Most of our designs are hand-painted and don’t take kindly to water (especially the wood!). Don’t get them wet. Don’t feed them after midnight. (That last one is negotiable.. unless it’s a mogwai :p) Please test your preferred marker on the inside of your Signature Book Box before using on the cover. Sharpie Fine Points, BIC permanent markers, ballpoint pens & fine point pens have been tested and do not bleed when used to write on this Signature Book Box.
