Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
If items ordered are in stock, please allow 5-7 business days to process your order. If you have ordered an item marked as Pre-Order, please refer to the order processing time on the item listing. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Fictional Alchemy HQ
Orders can be picked up if organised direction with Jemina. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout using one of our shipping providers.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries: United States (US), Canada, Spain, Singapore, Hong Kong, New Zealand and Czechia
If your company is not currently listed, please reach out as we may be able to organise shipping to your location upon investigation of the options.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fictional Alchemy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at orders@fictionalalchemy.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
