Size: Approx. 5.5cm Wide x 3.5cm High, and approx. 9mm Deep (Depth does not include brooch back)
Material: Your Proud Shelf Lover brooches are made from various acrylics, with hand-painted detail on the book cover. Brooch backs are 25mm Silver Plated Locking backs with a Bail. (To allow for the wearing as a brooch or as a pendant)
Each rainbow in this brooch will be unique within the overall shade of each arch, due to the nature of marbling in the acrylics being used for this design.
Brooch Backs: A 40mm roller-pin brooch back sits horizontally across the middle on the back of your brooch.
Makers Mark: A custom Fictional Alchemy x Shelf Lovers makers mark has been added to the back of each brooch in Wonderland Blue on White colouring.
Presentation: Each brooch will be attached to a square Fictional Alchemy backing card.
Quantity: This listing is for 20 custom brooches.
Variations of colour & pattern in some acrylics (particularly marbles) makes each brooch unique and individual.

Jewellery: Your Fictional Alchemy piece is a wearable piece of art, and a fragile one. Please don't drop it; acrylic can snap if dropped on a hard surface. Most of our designs are hand-painted and don't take kindly to water. Don't get them wet. Don't feed them after midnight. (That last one is negotiable.. unless it's a mogwai :p) If you need to clean your acrylic jewellery, gently use a soft cloth.
Each of my designs are made from scratch here at Fictional Alchemy HQ. From the initial sketching of the design, choosing the perfect acrylics, before laser cutting and assembly here in my home studio, North of Brisbane. Our pieces use high quality surgical steel and stainless steel parts & chains. As each design is handmade, like a little piece of wearable or usable art, your creation may vary in some ways including variations in the acrylic patterning, and colour print variation from what you see on your screens.
