This listing is for a single bookend. These do not come as pairs by default.
Size: Bookend Pot: Approx. 7.4cm x 7.4cm x 9cm
Bookend Designs: Approx. 14cm x 19cm x 3cm (W & H varies marginally per design)
Plaque Customisation: The plaque on the doors can be partially customised. The word "Vault" is not changeable. However you can choose a name, place, or word of your preference to replace the word "The" on the plaque. E.G. Jem's Vault, Smaug's Vault, Secret Vault, etc. Type your preference into the field above.
Material: A striking black marble dragon with a piercing gold eye, winged with stunning night sky sparkle-marble, black glitter horns & spikes, and black mirrored claws climbs a cream castle-esque vault. The towers are hand-painted in bronze ink, topped with stunning pearl and gold crackled roofs. Bronzed hinges open your Dragons Vault revealing mirrored & glittery treasure, bright glossy fantasy tomes, inset secret tunnels and a metallic blue dragons egg. Your Vault plaque is a bright gold, etched black acrylic that you can partially customise the name of. The All Purpose Pot is plastic.
Made To Order: This Bookend is part of a pre-order release. Please allow 6-8 weeks for processing before your Bookend is shipped. One (1) Bookend per order. Expected shipping date is approx. 8th January - 15th January 2024.
Care: Your Bookend is a piece of art, but a fragile one. Please don't drop it. Acrylic can snap if dropped on a hard surface. Most of our designs are hand-painted and don't take kindly to water. Don't get them wet. Don't feed them after midnight. (That last one is negotiable.. unless it's a mogwai :p) If you need to clean your Bookend, use a soft cloth.
Each Bookend design attached to a black All Purpose Pot at the back, useful for storage of bookmarks, pens, secret chocolate stashes and the like.

Each of my designs are made from scratch here at Fictional Alchemy HQ. From the initial sketching of the design, choosing the perfect acrylics, before laser cutting and assembly here in my home studio, North of Brisbane. Our pieces use high quality surgical steel and stainless steel parts & chains. As each design is handmade, like a little piece of wearable art, your creation may vary in some ways including variations in the acrylic patterning, and colour variation from what you see on your screens.
